Had family in town staying close by. Everyone loved the food. Wait staff was great. We will be back to try the burgers. Appreciated the gluten free options.

Really good food and smiling friendly service! I was lured in by the music and had Butter Tabasco Chicken dish with a near perfect old fashioned. The atmosphere is really cool. Lots of tvs to watch what’s going on, great view of the sunset. I am really happy that I stopped here!

The food here was pretty good. I only tried one beer and it was decent as well. This restaurant is really big with lots of seating and pool tables upstairs. The staff was great.

Nice place…great ambiance…high ceiling, beautiful bar and high windows. Most importantly, the food, service and beer are all very good.I ate here last spring and again Friday and Saturday.Carnitas tacos are waay better than anything I’ve had at Dos Dos(although I so enjoy their bar). I suggest swapping chips for fries with the tacos. I though about trying the fish tacos, which were well recommended, but had to have the Carnitas tacos again! Delish…perfectly spiced! The hazy IPA was a nice compliment…Bar service was attentive and professional Friday upstairs and Saturday for lunch.

Well, I stopped in for a bite and a beer. The Amber rocked! Delicious. I think it was called Box Cart. It’s on the menu in the photos.I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries.I kid you not, it came out within 5 minutes. The fries were cold and the sandwich was luke warm.I didn’t want to send it back so o just dealt with it. Tasted okay.

Wow! Every time we drive by this place, it has a number of customers, and now we know why! We were greeted by Monte at the bar, and he made us feel welcomed. The Irish Stout was outstanding, and my Reuben sandwich was absolutely delicious. My husband's Phantom burger has high-quality beef, arugula, and blue cheese...definitely a winner! Oh, the garlic infused broccoli was a perfect alternative to fries! Great place..we will be back!!

I've been a frequent visitor to Phantom Canyon Brewing Company for years, and I've always been an enthusiastic supporter of their brews and food. One of my all-time favorite dishes is the Lemon Tabasco Fried Chicken, and when it comes to their flagship beers, the Hefeweizen is a standout. The billiards area can get lively, but the staff is consistently attentive, ensuring a great experience. The patio is a fantastic spot to unwind with friends or colleagues, offering a perfect blend of good food, refreshing drinks, and the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Colorado Springs. I've also attended several events here, and whether it's a casual gathering or a more formal affair, PCBC always delivers with ease.

Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time for a lunch date. We sat upstairs on the patio since it was so nice out! Unfortunately the service and food was not amazing. We started off with one waiter but he took forever to get back to us so someone else jumped in. They messed up my boyfriend’s sandwich twice and my food came out cold. I will say the green chile fries were amazing! I’m not a beer person but decided to get a beer flight and those were pretty good! But was hoping for an overall better experience.

Amazing fried chicken!UPDATE: went back for the same dish and they gave me the tiniest piece of chicken. Didn't take a pic because I was hungry. Apparently, the bartender talked to the manager / kitchen staff and they said to bring it out anyway. It was only after I mentioned it to the bartender that he put in for me to get another piece. I did get another piece of chicken thirty minutes after the fact.Bartender did great to try and remedy the situation, including a beer on the house, but bad back of house management decisions. Not fault of my bartender. Management - don't settle for subpar food service because it's a slow night. Subtracting points for service due to back of house management decisions.

A spacious brew stop with mediocre to acceptable food. I ordered the Artichoke dip and it had the consistency of a soft quiche. The chili fries almost appeared as a stew. Attended during happy hour on Sundays so I did get a cocktail, it was good! The beer name sand choices are fun with striking tastes. Def a brew spot with food to keep you from getting drunk.

I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful experience we had having our small wedding and reception in their third floor event space. Jonathon and Kyle, the event coordinators, were an absolute delight to work with from the very beginning. They made our night absolutely perfect and even went out of their way to make sure of it. From the swift responsiveness to all my silly questions via email, to the food tasting, to the night of with surprising us with his and hers custom cocktails that perfectly matched our theme, they were absolutely ALWAYS on top of it. The price was perfect for our budget, the food got a chef’s kiss compliment from the groom’s Italian grandmother, and I truly could not have asked for better coordinators. They could not have done anything different to make our wedding more beautiful <3 Also, holy cow is that event space (and the views from it) beautiful- I was not expecting that when I heard that PCBC did events! I wish I could say something negative so this review doesn’t seem fake, but it really was a magical experience! Give these boys a raise!

Delicious as always. But I got the fish n chips (after choosing you guys over Quinns and Okskar Blues).the last time i got this entree, it was appropriate for the price point. A full meal!THIS time it was fish “fingers” about an inch thick aka small ,the meat was skimpy.Just feedback from a local for 20+ years and a fellow server/bartender.If that is the new move then reduce the price, and/or up the portion……🎩❤️

My husband and I went in here on Ash Wednesday after searching for a place that served Fish & Chips. The location was very convenient, as it was right across from our hotel. We decided to sit at the bar, although there was plenty of seating available. Even with trivia night going on. I absolutely loved the lighting in this place! It added a classy and elegant feel to the wide open space. Our service at the bar was attentive and quick, and all suggestions were spot on. The Fish & Chips were tasty, but the horseradish in the coleslaw was a little overwhelming for us. The tartar sauce, though not "traditional" was tasty. My Crispy Fish Tacos were very good! The tacos were a good size and loaded with fresh toppings. I asked for tabasco sauce to turn up the heat a bit, but all the flavors were spot on. While the chips and queso made for a good side, the chips were a little too salty for me and the queso came out with a slight film on top. Still, I enjoyed everything. For dessert we tried the Red Velvet Bread Pudding, which was rich, filling and delicious! The presentation was very pretty, and the portion made it perfect for sharing. There are so many beer options here too, which make it a great place to try something new.

This place never disappoints. I used to come here for happy hour or a nice end of block lunch since I was at CC in the 90s. I try to make it back each time I'm in town. My mother died last month, and we planned the post-funeral lunch for here. We had more guests than expected, but the staff were able to turn our 12-top to an 18 top with no issues. Both the food and the service were exceptional. No one waited any longer than we would have if it were just two of us, drinks kept coming, splitting the bills was no issue. Food was excellent. Truly outstanding work! Thank you all for going above and beyond, and rest assured, I'll be there next time I'm in town

We had our wedding reception at Phantom Canyon and it exceeded our expectations! First of all, Jonathan and Kyle are incredible coordinators. They listen to what you want/like. They are responsive. They are so kind and helpful. Working with them helped make everything so seamless.Second, the coordination of the event staff was incredible. I brought it decor and just asked them to make it look nice and simple. I really didn’t have anything specific in mind but just that I wanted some flowers in a vase. I was blown away when I walked in and saw how beautiful and put together all of the decor was!! They did such a fantastic job.Third, the FOOOOOOOOD!!!!! Holy cow the food was absolutely incredible. I had multiple guests come up and state it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. And I have to agree.Fourth, the staff deserve so much praise and kudos for hosting us and doing it with grace and smiles on their faces.I cannot even begin to recommend PCB more than I already am if you’re wanting to host an event there. We love them and are so happy to have had them as a part of our story!!!

Brought my family from out of town here. They loved the atmosphere and food. The bread pudding was the highlight of the meal. Our server, Anthony was great the entire time and made sure we had our needs met. 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Mary at your establishment, and I must say she exceeded all expectations. From the moment we were seated, Mary's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. Her attentiveness to our needs was impeccable, ensuring that our drinks were always filled and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.Mary's knowledge of the menu was impressive, as she provided thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Her enthusiasm for the dishes was contagious, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. She handled our special requests with ease and a smile, showing genuine care for our satisfaction.Despite a busy evening, Mary remained calm, composed, and attentive to every detail. Her professionalism and dedication to excellent service truly stood out, making our visit memorable. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant and requesting Mary as your server. She is a true asset to the team, and we look forward to our next visit.

Just got into town. Walked over to enjoy happy hour with friends. The food, service and beverages are off the charts. Extra special shout out to our server Elizabeth. She was AMAZING! Truly top notch! We will be back.

Update: The Manager reached out and actually went above and beyond to make up for our Not so great experience! Thank you!We sat upstairs and outside for our son’s 21st birthday dinner. From the greeter to the waitress, service was not good. It was not busy. I had the most pitiful margarita I’ve ever seen. All ice! After finally being able to order we received very mediocre food. Our waitress never returned to check on us. She did seem to be very interested in tables all around us. We needed basic items like salt/pepper/ketchup and water. My son had to go ask someone else for drinks and we never received the other items. It was not the celebration we were hoping for. Food and service have definitely suffered. Beer was good but oh so pricey.

Met some friends from Texas here and didn't have a bad time. The beer was cold and offered in a great size. The food was surprisingly good for being bar food. The pretzel was gigantic! Fish tacos were also made well. The selection was vast and everything came out pretty tasty. My knock on this place would be the service, as it wasn't busy but our waitress was a ghost for a long part of our stay. That said, my overall first experience was a good one and I would return to try other menu items. The price was reasonable for the area and quality of the food.

We loved working with Phantom Canyon for our wedding reception. The venue itself is beautiful and the price was amazing. We had a medium-sized wedding of 80 people and everyone fit comfortably on the third floor. We worked with Jonathan and Kyle while planning; they were so helpful. They answered all of our questions and were always very prompt and communicative. They made this whole process so easy. We worked with Melissa as our Day of Captain and she made sure everything was how we wanted it and also helped us make some changes during the event. We highly recommend using them!
