GGuest UserMy family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

LLIT PHENVery good location, right next to Busan KTX station, about 3 mins walk to metro station and main bus stop. Small room but it has everything you. Breakfast is good, many options. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is late check-in time 4pm. However you can leave your luggage there and come back after 4pm for check-in. The hotel has 3 elevator, but they are not synchronize (not programmed) as single system. End up everyone press at all 3 lift but only take one. End up the other 2 life also stop at that floor. Basically the lift almost stop at every floor, s nightmare for those staying at low floor. Long waiting time and always full.

AAnonymous UserFantastic location . But since i did not make my room for a couple of days , I went to ask for 2 bottles of water at the concierge . The male staff wanted to charge me 1000 won for each bottle. Not sure if he was following the hotel’s policy or he is trying to scam me . Because the day after , another staff gave without any charges .

Kkuniwo68It is an old hotel with facilities. Amenities are minimal and no toothbrush is attached. There is no curtain in the bathtub and if you shower, the floor will be flooded. You can't use the bath mat in this state. It may be good to have a beach sandal for bathing. The hot water does not come out easily and if it doesn't flow for about 20 minutes, it won't get hot. There was a hot pot on the table, but it was troubled that the code was short, so it did not reach the outlet, put the pot on the chair, and boiled the hot water. I wrote only bad things, but the front desk of the hotel was kind and the room was large enough. The location is also close to the subway station and it is a good hotel enough if you don't even expect excessively.
